Platform Terms

1. Platform Eligibility

ODAPAY services may be used by customers, merchants, business owners, and authorized staff members participating in restaurant and hotel operations.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their accounts.

Important: You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

3. Food Orders

Food orders placed through ODAPAY are prepared and fulfilled by partner hotels and restaurants. Order preparation, delivery, pricing, and menu availability are determined by each merchant.

4. Payments

  • Payments may be required before or after service
  • ODAPAY supports M-Pesa and other approved payment methods
  • ODAPAY verifies transactions but does not hold customer funds
  • Payment delays or failures caused by third-party providers are outside ODAPAY control

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before food preparation begins unless otherwise permitted by the merchant.

  • Refunds (merchant discretion)

6. Prohibited Use

  • Fraudulent or fake orders
  • False payment confirmations
  • System manipulation
  • Unauthorized access to platform systems

7. Account Suspension

ODAPAY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or suspicious platform activity.
